Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Synergy by Claudio.
These Terms, Conditions & Privacy provisions govern your use of the Synergy by Claudio website and your purchase or use of our products, treatments, workshops, educational materials, communications, and other offerings. By using this website, purchasing a product, booking a treatment, registering for a workshop, subscribing to communications, or otherwise engaging with Synergy by Claudio, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase or book through it.
1. About Synergy by Claudio
Synergy by Claudio offers bodywork treatments, Ayurvedic-inspired body care products, educational content, workshops, and related wellness offerings.
Throughout these Terms, “Synergy,” “Synergy by Claudio,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Synergy by Claudio and its operators.
2. Wellness and Educational Disclaimer
The information provided through Synergy by Claudio, including information on our website, in The Synergy Journal, workshops, social media, product descriptions, articles, videos, and other educational materials, is provided for general educational and wellness purposes.
Our work may draw from Ayurveda, bodywork, massage, aromatherapy, yoga, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, energy work, plant traditions, sound practices, and other traditional or complementary approaches to wellbeing. These practices arise from different traditions and systems of knowledge and should not be understood as substitutes for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment.
Nothing provided by Synergy by Claudio is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided through our website or educational materials is not medical advice and does not establish a physician-patient or other licensed medical-provider relationship.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have allergies or sensitivities, or have questions about whether a product or practice is appropriate for you, consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
3. Products
Synergy offers physical products including body oils, body bars, candles, ritual sets, and other wellness and body-care products.
Product descriptions are intended to communicate ingredients, sensory qualities, traditional uses, ritual applications, and the intentions behind our products. Individual experiences may vary. You are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other health concerns.
Discontinue use of any topical product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Products should be used only as directed and kept out of reach of children where appropriate. Candles and other products involving heat or flame must never be left unattended and should be used according to the safety instructions accompanying the product.
4. Natural and Small-Batch Products
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. Because Synergy products may contain natural ingredients or be produced in small batches, variations in scent, texture, color, appearance, or consistency may occur from one batch to another. These variations are part of working with natural materials and do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective. Product availability, ingredients, packaging, sizes, pricing, and offerings may change from time to time.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be shown during checkout where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or other reasonable business circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, preorders, and periods of unusually high order volume. Delivery estimates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside Synergy's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error before your order has shipped, contact Synergy as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun. If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent.
Some products offered through the Synergy website may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers. As a result, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or where an error was made by Synergy.
7. Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please notify Synergy within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue. When Synergy confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, as appropriate, replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund.
For packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received, customers should first check the delivery location and contact the carrier. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier issues but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address supplied by the customer.
8. Returns and Refunds
We want customers to feel confident purchasing Synergy products while also maintaining appropriate hygiene and product-safety standards. Unused and unopened physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for return, a product must generally be:
-
unopened;
-
unused;
-
in its original condition; and
-
in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body oils, body bars, personal-care products, and other products intended for direct use on the body are not returnable, except when they arrive damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is the result of an error by Synergy.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any authorized refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after a refund is issued may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Products marked final sale, personalized items, event registrations, and certain limited or special-release products may not be eligible for return where disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. Treatments and Bodywork Services
Bodywork offered through Synergy is intended to support relaxation, movement, body awareness, recovery, and general wellbeing. Bodywork is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or other licensed healthcare services. Clients are responsible for providing relevant information regarding injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medication, surgeries, allergies, sensitivities, or other circumstances that could affect treatment. Clients may ask to modify or stop a treatment at any time. Synergy reserves the right to modify, postpone, decline, or discontinue a treatment when doing so is appropriate for safety, professional boundaries, or other reasonable circumstances.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or late-arrival terms displayed during the booking process also apply to the appointment.
10. Workshops, Classes and Events
Synergy may offer workshops, classes, demonstrations, educational events, or other group experiences. Participation may involve physical practices, movement, breathwork, meditation, aromatherapy, bodywork techniques, or other wellness activities. Participants are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances and for communicating relevant limitations to the instructor. Specific workshops or events may include additional registration, cancellation, refund, or participation terms displayed at the time of registration.
11. Gift Cards
Synergy gift cards may be used toward eligible Synergy offerings in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase. Gift cards have no cash value except where redemption for cash is required by applicable law. Gift-card terms will always be interpreted in accordance with applicable California and federal law.
12. The Synergy Journal, Email and Text Communications
Visitors may voluntarily subscribe to The Synergy Journal and other Synergy communications.
By submitting your email address through a Synergy subscription form, you agree to receive The Synergy Journal and related Synergy email communications. These communications may include educational content, new articles, workshops, products, events, announcements, and other Synergy offerings. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Text Messages
Where Synergy offers an optional text-message subscription, providing a mobile telephone number does not by itself enroll you in marketing text messages. If you affirmatively opt in to receive texts from Synergy by Claudio, you consent to receive recurring text messages relating to Synergy, which may include educational content, The Synergy Journal, products, services, workshops, events, announcements, and promotional messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP or by otherwise communicating that you no longer wish to receive text messages. Synergy will honor reasonable requests to revoke consent as required by applicable law.
Email and text subscriptions are separate. Unsubscribing from one does not necessarily unsubscribe you from the other unless you request that all marketing communications stop.

Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Synergy is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Synergy by Claudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the website, educational content, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
18. No Guarantee of Results
Wellness practices, services, and products affect individuals differently. Synergy does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, energetic, therapeutic, financial, or other outcome from a product, treatment, workshop, practice, or piece of educational content.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms, Conditions & Privacy provisions as Synergy's offerings, technologies, and business practices evolve. The most current version will be posted on this page.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
